ELIGIBILITY/ EXAM DETAILS
1. The candidate should have a Graduation level degree from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central/State Government.              
2. The minimum age of general category candidates should be 20 years and maximum age 28 years .                                       
3. Under SBI Clerk Reservation Criteria , the upper age limit for reserved category candidates has been relaxed for some specified extent.
According to the SBI Clerk Eligibility criteria, the reserved category candidates get relaxation in upper age-limit as given below:

EXAM 
DETAILS    
The State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting  Assistants in Clerical Cadre. SBI conduct only single paper for Clerk and written test include 5 Topics on which questions are asked in papers. Subjects are Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, English language, General awareness and marketing/computer awareness.The candidates will be selected for the said post on the basis of their performance in the online test and the interview.
Pattern of SBI Clerk Exam :
The question paper is made up of five sections  
Quantitative Aptitude:    40 marks (40 questions)
Logical Reasoning:         40 marks (40 questions)
General Awareness:        40 marks (40 questions)
General English:             40 marks (40 questions)
Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge:     40 marks (40 questions)

The paper will be of 2 hours and 15 minutes and candidates will be awarded negative marking of 0.25(1/4) for each wrong answer.

SBI -PO (Probationary officer ) 

ELIGIBILITY/ EXAM DETAILS   
Nationality: Indian
Age: Minimum 21 Years; maximum 30 Years The maximum age limit specified is applicable to General Category candidates.                                       
Relaxation of Upper Age Limit 
  •   Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 35years 
  •   Other Backward Classes: 33 years
  •   Persons With Disabilities: 10 years 
  •   Ex-Servicemen: 35 years 
  •   Candidates from Kashmir Division: 35 years

Educational Qualification
The candidate should be a graduate or equivalent. The same should be in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum requisite of 65% average mark for general category 60% for other classes is a must. The candidate selected for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) must also have knowledge about basic computer handling.
EXAM DETAILS
SBI PO exam will be consists of two sections such as Paper –I and Paper –II. First Paper will Carry The 200 marks where second paper will carry the 50 Marks. You will get 2 Hour Time For Fist Paper and 1 Hour Time Second paper.

Group discussion and Interview -Candidate who have qualified in the written examination will be called for group discussion and interview . Group Discussion 20 Marks   ,  Group Discussion (Rural) 10 Marks , Interview 30 Marks , Experience 10 Marks . The exam will be conducted in various centers in almost all parts of India.                               
FinalSelection: The marks of Group Discussion and SBI Bank PO Interview will be put together and the candidates who secure minimum 40% marks (minimum 35% in case of SC / ST / OBC / PWD) in group discussion and interview will be considered for final selection. Deputy Manager (Economist)
30 Years
·         M.A. in Economics (minimum 55%) with Econometrics / Mathematical Economics and M.Phil in related area from a reputed institution.
·         Should hold a proficiency certificate in MS-Office.
Minimum 1 year work experience as economist / analyst in a Financial Institution / Government / reputed institutions.
Deputy Manager (Security)
35 Years
An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in Army / Navy / Air Force or a (Security) Police Officer not below the rank of ASP / Dy. SP with minimum 5 years service in that Rank or officer of identical rank with minimum 5 years service in para-military services.
Officers from the fighting arms will be given preference.
Assistant Manager (Systems)
30 Years
First Class B.E. (Computers), B.Tech (Computer Engineering), M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MCAs from Govt. recognized reputed institutes. Govt. recognized reputed institutes work experience may also apply.
Experience in computer programming in a reputed organisation, where available, would be desirable.
Assistant Manager(Law)
30 Years
Graduate with a degree in Law from a recognized university or a Law Graduate who has passed a 5 years integrated law course.
The candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council and should have
1.       minimum 2 years active practice as an Advocate OR
2.       2 years combined active experience of practice as an Advocate and in the Legal Department of a Central/State Government or Scheduled Bank/Public Sector  undertaking/Organisation OR
3.      2 years experience as a member of State Judicial Service.
Permanent Part Time Medical Officer  (PPMO)
35 Years
MBBS degree from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years experience as a General Practitioner as on the date of   eligibility
reckoned from the date of registration with
The Medical Council of India (MCI). (Experience gained during internship
will not be counted for eligibility)

Relaxation of Upper age limit
  • SC/ST candidates by 5 years; SC/ST - PWD candidates by 15 years
  • OBC candidates by 3 years; OBC - PWD candidates by 13 years; Gen - PWD candidates by 10 years.
  • Ex-servicemen, Commissioned officers including those ECOs/SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year from the last date of receipt of application) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or on invalidment.
  • By 5 years for selection through written test and interview.
  • By 3 years plus period of service in Armed Forces for the selection through interview only
  • By 5 years for the posts of Dy. Manager (security) subject to maximum age limit of 40 years.
  • Persons domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 by 5 years. No other relaxation in upper age limit is available
EXAM DETAILS- The Syllabus of SBI specialist officer (SO)  is a very crucial part in the examination process and holds a very important place in the journey of candidates who are preparing for the particular exam. All the applicants who are preparing for the exam will be advised to prepare for the exam by consulting the prescribed syllabus as the syllabus of the exam covers the syllabus of mainly four subjects which are as follows:

The applicants must ensure that they prepare for the exam in accordance with the subjects mentioned above.
